Duncan has spent his working life in financial services and his expertise in managing broker relationships is second to none. A fully qualified mortgage and finance broker in his own right, he is also certified in Regulated Equity release. Duncan’s energy and passion for problem solving and innovative thinking, has enabled West One Loans to gain an enviable reputation within the bridging sector for the swift completion of often highly complex projects.
Stephen Wasserman
Following a successful career servicing hundreds of key accounts for one of the world’s biggest pharmaceutical companies, Stephen brings his uncanny ability to multi task in leading West One’s broker service levels and lending decisions. A fully qualified mortgage broker himself, Stephen’s hands on approach to all aspects of the business ensures that the needs of our brokers and introducers are visibly and demonstrably maintained.
David Kreeger
David brings many years of experience arranging property finance and a large network of brokers and other professionals. A fully qualified Independent Financial Adviser with several years as a mortgage broker directly authorized by the FSA.
David is also expert in setting up small companies and systems that has added to his smooth transition into the lending space.
Mark Abrahams
Mark spent 20 years years as a successful investment banker at both Salomon Brothers (1988-1995) and JP Morgan (1996-2010). Mark was an executive director of the fixed income credit trading team specialising in Government, Sovereign, Supranational and Corporate debt and has more recently been highly active in residential property development and commercial property investment. Mark spearheads West One’s funding needs, allowing high net worth individuals and small companies the opportunity to invest in short term secured loans that enjoy highly lucrative returns .

Jason Fantini
After a career spanning some sixteen years at Barclays, where he held several senior roles, Jason disovered the world of bridging and hasn’t looked back. Jason’s main focus is servicing business outside of the central London area.
