Submission
An introducer will submit an application form (including certified ID and supporting documents).

Terms
West One Loans will issue indicative terms with any case requirements.

Book Valuation
On receipt of signed indicative terms, West One Loans will then book a valuation.

Solicitor Instruction
On receipt of the valuation report we will instruct our solicitor.

Report on Title
Our solicitor will then carry out all due diligence and provide a report on title.

Completion
Loan funds will be sent to solicitor for completion.
