If you are approaching the end of your initial fixed or tracker rate mortgage with us, you can reach out to us to request a Product Transfer.

60 days before your initial fixed or tracker rate ends, we will send you a letter with details on how to switch using our Product Transfer service in a hassle-free way.

As part of the product transfer process, there is no credit search involved and we do not charge legal, valuation or application fees.

There are some eligibility requirements we need to check as part of your product transfer. For example, your loan must have a satisfactory payment record with no outstanding arrears. For further details regarding eligibility or for a personalised quote, please contact our servicing team who can discuss these requirements with you.

Please note:

  • We cannot provide you with advice related to the product transfer, we can only provide you with the options we have available pertaining to your loan.
  • If a broker is arranging your product transfer, West One Loans will pay a commission to the broker upon the successful completion of the product transfer. The commission will equate to 0.30% of the balance of your loan at the point the product transfer occurs. This commission has no cost to you and has no effect on the products or pricing choices we offer in relation to product transfers.
