          Access a redemption statement

          Our in house servicing team can quickly and easily provide you with a redemption statement for both long term lending and bridging loans.  If you require a redemption statement for your bridging loan please provide details of your solicitor. Please note that for bridging loans interest is calculated monthly and funds must be sent via solicitors.
