West One Loans added to L&C's panel of residential and buy-to-let lenders

West One Loans has been added to London & Country Mortgages' (L&C) panel of lenders as it continues expanding its residential and buy-to-let distribution network.

The partnership will provide L&C brokers access to West One's full range of specialist residential and buy-to-let mortgage products and open a huge number of potential new borrowers to the lender.

West One offers a comprehensive range to borrowers unable to obtain a high street mortgage with a specific focus on flexible, practical and sensible solutions for those with more complex circumstances. The lender announced major enhancements to its product range and eligibility criteria in July.

L&C Mortgages is the UK's largest fee free mortgage broker and the latest to add West One to its panel following the lender's move into the owner-occupied market in October 2023. Over two million borrowers have come to L&C for advice since 1999.
