As one of the largest specialist lenders in the market, West One are proud to be able to offer a comprehensive range of specialist lending products to support property investment professionals and homeowners alike.  Established in 2005 and with our history in bridging finance, we have grown extensively to now offer a complementary portfolio of specialist lending products.Since joining the Enra Group, we have transformed from a small privately funded bridging lender into a diverse, institutionally backed specialist mortgage lender that originates £1bn of loans per annum.

Building on the foundations of our highly successful bridging finance service, we extended our product range in January 2017 to include Second Charge mortgages for both residential and Buy-to-Let borrowers. This portfolio of products coupled with our industry expertise leadership saw us become the UK's fastest-growing second charge lender.

In order to support our clients and drive the market forward, we launched our range of Buy-to-Let mortgages in January 2019 ensuring that we now have a full range of market-leading products for our brokers and partners.
