Despite huge growth in the value of the bridging market over the last few years, a recent study found that just 10 – 20% of brokers regularly deal with bridging finance, with many brokers unaware of the sector's potential.

The bridging team at West One are passionate about the bridging industry, so they began to think about ways in which they could help the 80 – 90% of brokers who don’t regularly use bridging finance.

It was from this, that the concept of ‘The West 101’ was born; a video series that will take a deep dive into bridging finance, from the ways in which it can be used to common exit strategies and in-depth interviews with key industry figures.
