Duncan Abraham Regional Director
Duncan Abraham is the Regional Director for West One Loans. He is responsible for driving operational growth and strengthening the lender’s presence across key regions in the UK, with a particular focus on the North of England.
With more than 26 years of experience in the specialist finance and mortgage sector, Duncan brings extensive expertise across underwriting, operations and relationship management. He works closely with brokers, borrowers and internal teams to support the delivery of flexible lending solutions across the specialist property finance market.
Since joining West One from Together, where he held several senior operational and underwriting leadership roles, Duncan has played a key role in supporting the lender’s regional expansion strategy, including the launch of West One’s dedicated Manchester office.
His focus is centred around building strong intermediary relationships, improving operational efficiency and helping drive new lending opportunities across bridging finance, buy-to-let and wider specialist lending sectors. Duncan is passionate about delivering a relationship-led approach to lending and believes that accessibility, collaboration and local market expertise are essential in helping brokers and borrowers navigate an evolving property market.
