Upon receiving the application via one of our intermediary partners; the underwriter was able to establish all the required information, and documentation from the borrower was received in a clear and concise manner, meaning the case could be progressed swiftly with little-to-no back and forth with our intermediary partner. We were able to use the provided redemption statements to clear the first and second charge mortgages with the existing lenders almost immediately.
