West One Loans promotes Pauline Rylands and appoints experienced BDM
West One Loans, a leading provider of specialist mortgages and property finance, has promoted Pauline Rylands to the role of national sales manager for residential mortgages and second charge.
Rylands joined West One as a key account manager in 2019 after spending more than 20 years working for the Yorkshire Building Society.
In her new role, she will take on responsibility for managing the company’s field sales business development and its broker support team and will report directly to Marie Grundy.

“It’s an exciting time for us as a business and we’re looking forward to what lies ahead as we continue to expand what we do.
“There is a real need for specialist mortgages at this moment in time and our aim is to reach many more borrowers and to help them to access the finance they need.”
Meanwhile, West One has also appointed Janet Frame as business development manager for the North West and Yorkshire.
Frame has more than 40 years experience in financial services and has worked for a range of specialist lenders, including Masthaven, Kensington, GE Money and Prestige Finance, covering broking and lending across residential mortgages, BTL and second charge.
Her most recent role was as a business development manager for The Nottingham for Intermediaries, where she was responsible for managing brokers and packagers across the north of England.
