Our quick and easy affordability calculator gives you an accurate estimate of how much your client can borrow with West One.

In under a minute, our calculator will indicate the maximum loan amount based on their financial situation, with loans ranging from £25k to £1.5m—and up to £2.5m by referral. To further enhance affordability, you can select ‘LTI Boost’ for products offering loan-to-income (LTI) ratios above 5.0x income (subject to a household income of £50,000), whereas our Core products have a standard LTI of 5x income.
