We are delighted to announce the introduction of our Premier Loan Team to support intermediaries and borrowers who have larger and more complex bridging loan cases.
The team - consisting of our most experienced underwriters - will offer a bespoke, dedicated service for larger loans of £750,000+, offering a smooth, fast and easy application process.
The team will work across our whole product range, including commercial, regulated residential, unregulated residential and prime unregulated residential bridging loans, where rates start at 0.55% per month.
For over 10 years, we have developed a reputation for a pragmatic underwriting approach; considering each case on its merits and offering a bespoke approach to assessing individual borrowing requirements. The Premier Loan Team embodies this philosophy for clients who need this individual expertise and experience for larger loan sizes.
