West One Loans, one of the UK's largest non-bank lenders, has today announced it has signed a significant sponsorship deal with leading professional golfer Matt Wallace.
During 2023 Matt will be playing a combined schedule across the world-renowned PGA Tour and the DP World (European) Tour. Matt secured his PGA Tour status for a fourth season last year by finishing in the top 125 on the FedEx Cup standings in 2022.
The PGA Tour is recognised as the pinnacle of the sport and is broadcast for more than 5,700 hours globally across 220 countries annually.
Additionally, the DP World Tour, where Matt is a four-time winner, hosts a myriad of acclaimed golf tournaments across the globe, spanning from the Middle East, Asia and Europe. It is also the Managing Partner of Ryder Cup Europe, the body which, alongside the PGA of America, administers The Ryder Cup.
The Englishman will carry the West One logo on his hat for the first time at this week's WM Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale, which begins on Thursday February 9 and is renowned as one of the world's biggest tournaments, before heading to next week's Genesis Invitational at Riviera Country Club in the United States.
