The client

This developer is extremely experienced in the property development world and a repeat borrower who currently has two projects with us.



The first phase of this project was to demolish an existing warehouse. The project plan was then to develop 9 flats, made up of 1 and 2 bedrooms located in Godalming.

The developer needed a development facility to assist with getting the build started.
