The client owned their own building company and had a lot of experience building luxury properties including houses and apartments.

The property developer and builder had bought a plot of land to build 4 x 3 bedroom semi-detached luxury homes totalling 6,108 sq ft situated in Waltham Abby.

They needed funds to finance the build, to pay back the facility once the houses had been sold.
