The Client:

All three clients are well known to West One having completed multiple previous development facilities. They are experienced property developers who are repeat borrowers.

The Situation:

The client was in the process of structuring a facility with a different lender, however there were some points the lender and client couldn’t agree on. The client wanted to complete imminently to begin the works.

The subject development site comprises a rectangular parcel of land where the previously demolished structure once stood. The site sits within a residential area and currently borders dwellings on either side.

Funds were required for the development costs as the borrower had purchased the site with cash at an auction previously this year.
