The Client:
The client is an experienced property developer and well known to West One having completed a previous development.
The Situation:
The property is a historic iconic building dating back to 1838, with the property previously used as offices since 1951. Funds were required to repay the existing facility and provide 100% of the development costs.
The works consist of major refurbishment and development to create 22 one-bedroom flats, 30 two-bedroom flats, and seven three-bedroom flats. A basement with 91 parking spaces and 70 surface-level parking spaces is proposed.
The Solution:
