Where we take a flexible approach to lending, there is still some documentation we will need in order to process the application. We will need proof of residency status or proof of an application for permanent residency if permanent status has not yet been received.

In addition, there are some other bits and pieces your client will need to provide; please see the list below:

  • Proof Of Name and Address
  • Proof of income
  • Proof of outgoings
  • Bank statements
  • Financial history
  • Proof of mortgage deposit

Please remember that if your client lives abroad, they must have been a UK landlord for 12 months and have a clean UK credit profile (mortgage, bank account, credit card etc).
