The client

The clients were repeat borrowers of West One, who had lots of experience in property development after completing a number of projects with West One in the past.


The developer came back to West One after they had plans drawn up to develop 17 units in a rural location in Hampshire. The developer wanted to start the work as quickly as possible to get the units built and sold to maximise profit, and they needed £10m to begin the work on the site.

The developer had purchased a plot of land located in a village in Buckinghamshire and planned to build 6 new flats on the site, consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.

The developer wanted to start the build as soon as possible and needed a quick decision and fast completion.


The most suitable financial solution for this client was a development finance facility.
