How to package a bridging application

Use our handy checklist to ensure your cases are packaged correctly.

When time is of the essence, a well-packaged case can mean our team are able to secure finance quicker for the borrower. 

Things to consider when sending over your cases:

1. Do you know the anticipated completion date?
2. Are all of your documents in order? Application form, I&E form etc.
3. Do you have all the information about schedules of work if they are being carried out?
4. Is everything signed?
